iSpeak offers EFL (English as a Foreign Language) courses for students.

What Will You Learn?

Teenagers will enhance their elementary English language skills, focusing on listening, speaking, communication, reading, and writing. Emphasis will be placed on developing phonological awareness, social communication, expanding vocabulary, practicing grammar, and improving reading comprehension.

Areas of Focus Include:

Building sentences Defining vocabulary Understanding grammar and sentence structures Improving communication skills for various social situations Exploring vocabulary, figurative language, and prepositional phrases related to general English language topics such as healthy living, travel, sports, dining out, and environmental conservation.

Individual English Classes

iSpeak conducts individual language classes for students. For optimal progress in your English learning, we recommend individual classes at least twice a week for a minimum of 3 months. In one-to-one classes, we will prioritise your specific needs - your goals, schedule, etc. This format of language learning would be suitable for those with a very busy schedule who enjoy learning independently or for learners who have set themselves a very specific goal for improving their English. Small Group English Classes

iSpeak offers the option of learning English in a small group (up to 4 people), focusing on increased interaction among learners. In a small group, each learner receives more opportunities to interact with others. This fosters active participation and engagement, leading to more effective learning. Small groups facilitate peer-to-peer learning, allowing students to learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses. This can enhance comprehension and retention as students explain concepts to each other and offer insights from their own language backgrounds.

Online English Classes

iSpeak offers online English classes for teenagers utilising some of the latest online language learning technologies. Opting for remote language learning provides you with greater flexibility in organising your timetable and saves time on commuting. The quality of a good English class relies on the quality of the internet connection and computer hardware (webcam, microphone). It is likely that some teenagers will require a certain level of adult assistance with their remote English learning progress.
